TV Time with DC: Vampire Diaries Returns

Well after a 4 week hiatus Vampire Diaries is finally back! Bring it On was a really fun and game changing episode. We got to see Elena with no emotion, some Steroline action, and Klaus getting it on with someone!

I enjoyed this episode a lot, it won’t go down as one of my favorites, but I enjoyed it. Elena is even more badass than Katherine with her emotions shut off! That whole ribbon scene was scary, intense, and so badass. I love Elena like this, for now. I’m interested to see who’s going to get her to turn her emotions back on, cause as we all clearly saw the sire bond won’t work anymore because it was emotionally based. Thank god, I had enough of Caroline and Stefans obsession over the freaken sire bond. I think that when Elena comes face to face with Katherine her anger of how she pretty much killed Jeremy will get her to turn it all back on. Not her love for Damon, Stefan, or Caroline, but her hate for Katherine/ love for Jeremy. As much as I normally love Caroline, she’s been annoying the hell out of me this season, so I can’t say I was too mad when Elena dropped her and gave her the reality check later.

I was a little upset though with the idea that Elena very well was about to kill Caroline that was too far. Of course Damon was there to save the day and Caroline’s life, like always. The “Now you can stop feeling so guilty about having those dirty thoughts about Klaus” line was one of my favorites! How straight forwarded Elena was with Stefan and Caroline was great, I’ve been waiting for that all season! I loved how even after everything she wasn’t mean to Damon and she cared about his opinions with her emotions still off. BEST OTP EVER. So excited to see how the road trip will go next week, Delena road trips are always the best! The whole Klaus and Hayley thing was a littler random. Being a Klaroline fan myself I was not happy with that. Hayley really has a thing for Caroline’s men. Maybe Caroline will get jealous next episode, who knows?

I was also a little confused by the Steroline stuff going on at the party. Obviously Caroline has always been showed as Stefan’s replacement to Lexi, but that was a little romantic. He was even dancing with her, and she didn’t have to beg (like Elena)! For next episode I’m ready for some Delena rooftop sex, road trips, and to see what’s happening with Silas and Katherine. I honestly think Katherine does want to cure Klaus and kill him, but I’m wondering where she currently is? I hope we can get a showdown between her, Elena, and Rebekah. Now that would be an interesting thing to see.
